This is the home page of the newly formed Scottish Wildlife Trust Lanark Steering Group. Our committee consists of local SWT members who are interested in the setting up a Members’ Centre for the Lanark area. This Members’ Centre is intended to serve the postcodes ML1, ML2, ML3, ML8, ML9, ML10, ML11 and ML12 although, obviously, we welcome SWT members from other parts of the country from participating.

Our primary objectives are to provide activities for local SWT members including:

• Monthly events such as wildlife talks and trips around the local reserves: see the Programme Page
• Keep members updated on the work of the SWT;
• Publicise voluntary opportunities within the reserves and visitor centres;
• Publicise the work of the SWT to the general public.
